Lecture/debate: fair turns spotlight on wine bars

Bar à vins

On Tuesday 7 February, the Loire Valley Wine Trade Fair is holding a lecture/debate to exclusively release the findings of the Ipsos survey on wine bars. It’s the first time that these establishments have been surveyed. Commissioned by InterLoire and conducted in November 2011, the study includes quantitative and qualitative sections. One key finding is that Loire wines – thanks to their diversity, authentic character, excellent value for money, and appeal – are naturally present in wine bars. They rank third in terms of French regional representation. This showing reinforces the view that Loire wines are always central to consumer trends and that, through wine bars, have a ready-made stage to express themselves.
Lecture/debate – Tuesday 7 February, 11am – Salle Maine, 1st floor, Connecting Corridor
