Un brunch pour découvrir les Fines Bulles de Touraine
This year, the tasting of the Fines Bulles de Touraine sparkling wines will be held on 6-7 February 2012 from 11.30am to 2pm, over; brunch will be served. A unique opportunity to discover a low-profile appellation in an original way. For wine retailer Jean-Pierre Lecluse, who runs Le Cellier Saint Germain in Rennes, Brittany, it’s a must: “I’m a loyal visitor to the Loire Valley Wine Trade Fair, and I always come and make my selection at the Fines Bulles de Touraine brunch. It’s an excellent tasting session, combining gourmet food and wine. In record time, I can check out products by new growers, and then take time to meet them.
” The event programme consists of three sparkling-wine themes: white varietals, white blends, and rosés. A total of 24 cuvées will be provided for tasting, with technical details for each sample: vintage, time matured on laths, etc.
